Business Development Representative

Sensibo sales team brings IOT products to a global level. Our products are sold in every country worldwide, and we’re searching for you to join our team to grow our sales further.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

It is an added advantage if you have experience in developing leads from Linked In & marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact to signing a deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.


  • Generating leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients via phone and emails (Inc cold calling)
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls 
  • Fluent in English, good practice of any other widely spoken language is a plus.


  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound, field sales)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Highly independent and motivated to get things done
