We are looking for an operations associate to support our global supply chain operation.
You will be responsible for a number of key functions of a business, including: Managing logistical processes and the overall supply chain, overseeing production and assuring product quality, invoicing and billing, global shipments and warehousing.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
Keep track of inventory in our 3PL warehouses across the world
Issue purchase orders to our suppliers
Work closely with manufacturing facilities to ensure timely delivery
Work with freight forwarders and customs agents to operate our global supply chain
Prepare quotations, invoices and billing requests to customers
Make and receive payments
Perform regular audits to our automated B2C order fulfillment system
Work with the Company’s ERP and CRM systems
At least 2 years of experience in operations or administration
Knowledge of spreadsheets / Excel
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Advantage - Experience with ERP systems
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
